Shipping policy

Processing Time
Excluding original artwork, all of my products are made to order, including art prints and printed gift items. Due to the custom nature of my items, please allow 14-21 business days for your order to be processed, printed, checked and lovingly prepared for shipping. Processing times may vary depending on the specific product, volume of orders and availability of materials.  My aim is to get your purchases to you as soon as possible, but as production and the postal service is not under my control, it is safer to manage your expectations.  I will keep you informed of timing.  If you need a gift or print urgently, please email me and we can discuss possible options (vicky@vmjart.com)

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and printed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times typically range between 3-7 business days for domestic orders and 7-21 business days for international orders. Please note that shipping times are estimates and can vary depending on your location, the carrier, and customs processing.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are shown on your invoice.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment’s progress. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don’t hesitate to contact me at vicky@vmjart.com.

Customs and Duties
For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and other import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the item price or shipping fees at checkout.

Packaging
I take great care in packaging your items securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Art prints are carefully rolled and placed in sturdy tubes or in stiff cardboard envelopes, while original paintings and drawings and gift items are packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

Issues with Delivery
If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as a delay, loss or damage, please let me know immediately. I will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
